Yes. Most of our products are designed to be suitable for both men and women unless otherwise specified on the product page.
2. In how many days can I see results?

4. Can I exchange or return purchased products?
We offer replacements for products that are received damaged due to spillage, leakage, or breakage during transit.
However, we are unable to process returns or replacements for:
- Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (such as dents or scratches)
- Products that have been opened or used
- Change of mind after delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, any eligible refund will be processed to your wallet only, as per our cancellation policy.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
6. How can I return my order?
If your order qualifies for a return under our Return Policy, please contact our customer support within the eligible return period with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)

7. Are your products 100% natural?

8. How will I receive my Cash on Delivery (COD) refund?
For eligible COD orders, once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account or UPI ID provided by you during the refund process.
