At Ritvion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- The product is leaking or has spillage.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product arrives with a broken container.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement, please email us with:
- Your Order ID
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved due to:
- Product leakage
- Spillage
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- Broken container during shipping
We will send a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
Once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been received (if applicable), your refund will be processed.
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be transferred to your Bank Account or UPI ID provided by you after your return request has been approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed according to your original payment method or store policy.
Processing Time
- Return Request Review: 1–2 Business Days
- Replacement Dispatch: 2–5 Business Days
- Refund Processing: 5–7 Business Days
Processing times may vary depending on your location and payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for returns unless they are received damaged or defective.
